Etimologia:stando a quanto scrive Duponchel nella descrizione originale si evince quando segue: M. Alexandre Lefebvre tovò questa zigena a Randazzo, ai piedi settentrionali dell’Etna, nel giugno 1824. Lefebvre la dedicò alla baronessa Romeo che gentilmente lo accolse a Randazzo stessa, con buona probabilità presso il Castello Romeo.
Note:abbastanza comune nei dintorni di Carmo Langan (A. Bisi 30.VI.2020).
